Screen recordings in.
Launch videos out.
Drop in a screen recording or a screenshot. Mockup Studio puts it in a device on an animated background, adds your headlines and smooth zooms, and exports a crisp video with its sound. No video editing, no uploads.
No account needed to try. Works in Chrome and Edge on a computer.
Made in Mockup Studio from an eight second screen recording.
From recording to launch video in three steps
No keyframes, no layers, no render queue. A timeline with three tracks and a panel of good defaults.
Drop your recording
An MP4 or MOV from your phone or screen recorder, or plain screenshots. Several clips play end to end. They never leave your computer.
Tell the story
Put headlines on the timeline, zoom into what matters, pick a device, a background and a motion. Every change is saved as you go.
Export
A frame-exact MP4 up to 4K at 60 fps with your recording's sound, or a PNG for your store page, with or without a background.
Simple to use. Built for launch day.
Captions that land on the cut
Each headline stays until the next one takes over, snapping to your footage's moments. Optional steps light up as the story moves on.
Zooms that glide
Point at any part of the screen. Zooms that touch travel as one smooth move instead of pulling out and diving back in.
Devices that fit your footage
iPhone, Android, iPad or a browser window, in seven finishes. The screen takes your recording's exact shape, so nothing gets cropped.
Backgrounds that move
Four animated patterns, from a city of rising blocks to a sea of dots, on six palettes or your own brand colours.
Every format you post
Landscape for YouTube and your site, vertical for Reels and TikTok, square and 4:5 for feeds. PNGs with a clear background too.
Private by design
Rendering happens on your computer, frame by frame. Your recordings and projects are never uploaded, so they cannot leak from us.
Made for videos, not just pictures

Questions, answered
Are my recordings uploaded?
No. Mockup Studio decodes, renders and encodes in your browser, frame by frame. Recordings and projects stay on your computer, in the browser's own storage. Our server only knows your email address and your plan.
Which browsers does it work in?
Chrome and Edge on a desktop or laptop, which have the video encoder the export uses. Other browsers can open the studio, design, and export PNG images.
What can I bring in?
Screen recordings as MP4 or MOV, from an iPhone, an Android phone, QuickTime, OBS or most screen recorders, and screenshots as PNG, JPG or WebP. Mix them on one timeline.
What does the free plan's watermark look like?
A small "Made with Mockup Studio" label in the bottom corner of free videos. PNG images carry no mark. Pro removes it from videos and unlocks 4K and 60 fps.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your account page. Pro stays on until the end of the month you paid for, and you are not charged again.
Do my projects follow me to another computer?
Not yet. Projects live in the browser you made them in, which is also what keeps them private. Clearing that browser's site data removes them, so keep your original recordings.
